Our pea ingredients start with yellow peas grown by Latvian farmers who are members of the Latraps agricultural cooperative. Working directly with a farmer cooperative supports transparent sourcing and strong connections between agriculture and ingredient production.

This approach also helps maintain consistent quality and traceability from field to ingredient.

A connected European supply chain

Our pea protein isolate is produced from yellow peas sourced through a Latvian farmer cooperative. The peas are grown by local farmers and processed in a modern facility in Latvia.

By connecting farming, processing and ingredient supply within Europe, this supply chain supports consistent product quality, reliable specifications and clear product traceability.
